SUMMARY:19-Twenty LIVE with Steph Bitter
DESCRIPTION:19-Twenty have been whipping up a frenzy on the festival scene. They are electric. An infectious riff and groove based blue-billy-grass-rockin’-roots band.\nThe 19-Twenty lads have been performing their high-energy sonic-party nationally\, headlining sell-out shows and festivals in all states and territories. Constantly on the road or in the sky\, they have toured seven times around Oz and performed gigs throughout Europe including Belgium\, The Netherlands & Germany. Performing anywhere and everywhere\, this straight-up 100% independent act have been blazing throughout Europe and Australia and gaining new music fans/fiends from their live shows.\n19-Twenty are:\nKane Dennelly – Vox and guitars\nSyd Green – Award winning producer and percussionist – Drums\, Dobro\nJohn Gwilliam – Double bass and BV’s\nALSO FEATURING THE MUSIC OF ANNA SCIONTI\nURBAN BLUES & ECLECTIC STEEL SLIDE\nAnna Scionti (pronounced Shon-tee) is a singer-songwriter\, guitarist and bottleneck slide player who mixes it up on cigar box guitar\, resonator\, lap steel and six-string guitar.\nThe music Scionti makes is her own style steeped in blues\, roots and rock. While absorbing influences from her favourite inspirational artists\, Scionti walks her own creative path. Driving guitars and honey-soaked\, gravel-infused vocals draw you deep in to her world of emotionally charged\, electrified rhythmic tunes.\nHaving lost both her parents as a teenager\, Scionti turned to music as an outlet. Her original songs tell stories of love\, loss\, and longing and are uninhibited\, raw and unapologetic in their honesty. They are songs from the heart.\n\nJUNKBOX RACKET is Scionti’s latest album giving you a reason to get up and dance!\nSupported by Steph Bitter\n\nInspired by Josh Pyke and Angie McMahon\, Steph Bitter has grown from a shy young kid who loved to write stories into an intelligent\, down-to-earth alt/indie/folk singer-songwriter. After she picked up the guitar at 14\, Steph found her passion in music. She was quickly writing songs and performing at local open mic nights\, catching the admiration and appreciation of many musicians and music-lovers alike.\nSteph recorded her first EP when she was 16\, releasing it at a small\, jam-packed launch in Bendigo in 2016. She’s taken her music to various venues around Melbourne and regional Victoria\, including World Vegan Day Melbourne\, Bendigo White Night\, Macedon Ranges Music Festival\, and the Bendigo Blues & roots Music Festival; the latter at which she was awarded the ‘Up and Coming’ award in 2015. After debuting with a band just before ‘the lost Covid years’\, Steph entered the studio to record new music\, released in 2022.\nSteph Bitter\nGeordie Scarce\nJaspar Austin-Gray\nBradley Locke
