Flight Bar Bendigo, purveyors of southern fried chicken, craft beer bar & bottleshop are re-purposing Ashman’s Lane for the annual Bendigo Blues & Roots Music Festival.
The theme is straight from the French Quarter, a suburb of New Orleans known for it’s jazz clubs and soul food spots. With live music Friday to Sunday, a soul food kitchen (including a popcorn chicken bar), and various local ales available, Ashman’s Lane is set to be re-imagined as an authentic New Orleans laneway.
